Farrah Caldecott

Insurance claims attorney

Farrah Caldecott runs a one-lawyer office on Oak Street for people and businesses whose property claim went wrong.

Farrah takes one side in insurance disputes: the policyholder's. Her clients own homes and condo units, rent out beach houses, or run small businesses that were waiting on a claim that should have been paid.

She answers her own phone and her own texts. She reads the whole policy before she says what she thinks of it, and she tells people plainly when a claim is not worth a fight.

The office

On Oak Street, five minutes from the beach

The office is in downtown Myrtle Beach with parking on the street. Most clients never need to visit: calls, texts and a secure link cover nearly all of it. When a meeting helps, we meet here, or at the damaged property.
